For me today it was an early drive to the beach for some sunlight and fresh air before an intense day of studying. Maybe for you it might mean a prayer, meditation or acknowledging what you’re grateful for. Maybe you can make a nourishing smoothie today or perhaps move your body in a way that feels good. It’s the small things that add up over time. Your body will thank you.
