My clients often ask me how to go off gluten and dairy and still enjoy delicious bread. While there are several breads you can buy like Canyon Bakehouse, I like to encourage my clients to bake their own. Store bought GF breads are processed food and have many added ingredients like sugar. Homemade breads are not processed, are very simple to make, nutrient dense and delicious!

I’ve actually been encouraged to open a restaurant because my breads are that good, but I must give full credit to the source, Elana’s Pantry. Most of the breads I make are right from Elana’s website. The prep time is under 10 minutes and all you have to do is pop it in the oven and watch it rise.

My favorites in order are: (I make this without the cranberries and enjoy it with avocado, nut or seed butter or an egg on top) (this one is plain but good! Probably the best sandwich style bread)
